For 30 years, I've worked with mission-driven organizations to build cultures where people feel empowered to do their best work. I've seen firsthand that organizational health starts with aligned, grounded leadership.

Just as individuals need to address their inner fears, survival patterns, limiting beliefs, and conditioning to step into their highest potential, organizations need the same. When your leaders and teams move beyond the internal barriers — burnout, misalignment, self-doubt — they become a force for creating real change in the world.

My work is grounded in equity values and an embodied commitment to racial justice, which forms the foundation of my approach to coaching, facilitation, and culture building.

An organization's mission depends on strong, aligned leadership at every level — from the Executive Director to emerging leaders. Yet leaders across many organizations carry the weight of their mission and often lack the support they need to lead from clarity and resilience rather than depletion.

I work with individual leaders within organizations through:

  • Executive & Program Director Coaching: For Executive Directors, Program Directors, and senior nonprofit leaders — whether you're navigating a major transition, rebuilding resilience after burnout, feeling stuck, or have outgrown your current role. We work on strengthening your leadership presence and self-trust so you can lead from clarity and vision instead of burnout and self-doubt.

  • Coaching for Managers, Emerging Leaders & Board Members: Support for mid-level and emerging leaders — but also board members — who are ready to step into their highest leadership potential.

  • Team Leadership Coaching: Small group sessions where leaders across levels explore alignment, communication, and the culture they want to create together.
